La Première Classe operates their Agency to a very high standard and therefore insists on well qualified or trained staff with a minimum of three months´experience. All Nursing staff is thoroughly vetted at interview and all qualifications are checked with the Nursing & Midwifery Council ( including checking of Pin numbers ).

As well as nursing staff qualified for mental health nursing we also employ a number of registered general nurses.

General care staff must possess at least three months´experience of either working in a residential home or have worked in domiciliary care for a similar period. If they do not have this amount of experience, and with a Certificate of training, they are offered the opportunity to take up our training course. Domestic staff is also available for genral cleaning in residential / nursing homes, or for domiciliary care.

The service is available 24/7, all year round. Our office is manned from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. An after business hour service is offered from 5pm to 9am by one of our out of hours consultant.
