La Première Classe was formed by Jill Smith in 1990 and originally recruited skilled office staff, i.e. PA’s, Human Resources, Marketing and Financial.

In 1993, La Première Classe was requested by local boroughs to offer care staff for domiciliary.
Within two years, LPC also provided care staff for Residential and Nursing Homes. Now, temporary
and permanent staff is available to various clients in and around London.

La Première Classe has approximately 150 staff registered for Care and Nursing. We offer a 24/7 service, all year round. All our staff is thoroughly vetted and referenced as well as checked by CRB (Criminal Records Bureau).

We have acquired an excellent reputation, through the quality of our staff and our affordable prices for both the public and private sector, i.e. domiciliary care and residential.
