La Premiere Classe, provides temporary staffing solutions, offering a service tailored to the needs of each client. We have developed a strong reputation based around quality, service delivery and the ability to offer highly trained experienced staff to meet the needs of Private clients, Residential Homes, Nursing Homes, Sheltered Housing, Domiciliary Care and to care for those who are unable to be totally independent. Our policy is to exceed your expectations by listening to your needs, tailoring our service to suit and employing conscientious staff that believe in our insistence on excellence. All our staff are recruited to the strict guidelines laid down by the Care Quality Commission. They are thoroughly interviewed, vetted and are trained and inducted by our own in house training team. All staff have current enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). We carry out regular Quality Assurance checks for all our staff.
